Newbie here...TGP or Turnkey Business...which one?

Definately You need to learn some basic html skills, and I would recommend css aswell, css makes things easier and cleaner but it isn't a must. or as Oldbrad said, hire someone to do it all for You

I would not mind hiring someone if i KNEW they were trust worthy and could always add the links and shit for me....

However though you fellas did not advise if TGP or the Turnkey was the way to go. Since your saying learn HTML are you suggesting TGP??

With the turnkey they handle it all for you...
