Yes. It is good to go over just a bit if possible since, due to encoding, some movie players read the length differently.

I agree with UW. I usually add one or two extra clips per gallery page just to be safe.

I didn't knew that ... so if I add 5 extra sec to every clip should be ok right ?

Typically, yes. For the record - I don't usually pay attention to individual or overall clip length. I'm laid back and groovy.
