newbies looking for cheap hosting

Does anyone know Keith who was Kongslist? He owned bluecrabhosting.com also?? I and others bought sites off him..i purchased bonersthumbs.com for a good amount of money and now he has pulled tail and ran.

So now I have bonersthumbs redirected but i lost everything as I never thought i would get ripped off and never backed up my files. So I lost the money i paid for hosting and all the files associated with this. As any webmaster knows when they put some effort and joy into their websites its SUCKS to get ripped off.. I would just like a copy of all my files which I own so I can get the website back to its orginal! Please if anyone can help me i would appreciate it.
