A fine Wednesday morning

Just another day in the neighborhood...

I seem to have a bit of tendinitis in my left elbow that has gotten worse the last few weeks and is killing me this morning. Not really sure what started it but I guess I need to figure out what to do about it since it seems to be getting worse.

Nothing really planned for today other then work and errands.

Sometimes that's called "masturbation elbow" but since you have a new friend I guess that's not the correct diagnosis

If it's the elbow, your techinique is off. Try more wrist action for better results.

My tendinitis in my elbow is usually aggravated by my long hours at the computer working the mouse. So it is whenever my elbow is bent for long periods of time. I can't drive with an armrest on my right side.

I hate that pain, feels like my whole arm is on fire.
