Sites Not Converting. Need Feedback

well, just some thoughts (heaven knows I'm no expert LOL) - you may want to try some juicier text, get the surfer hot & tease them some more. Don't be afraid to talk dirty to them

also, you could make your links stand out a bit more - use bigger fonts, more contrasting colors. I stay away from graphical text links just for that reason - they tend to blend into the site too much.

It takes time to figure out what works for you. Try different things (more text, less text, bigger/smaller banners, no banners etc) and if you can, use tracking codes to keep track of where hits and sales come from. That way you can use what works and toss what doesn't.

I'm sure you'll get lots of other suggestions here, and MML's On The Bench radio show on Sundays is a great way to get ideas too

One little bit. I never have a link to Gallery 2 from Gallery 1, if they wanna see Gallery 2, they've got to go back to the Mainpage and have at least one more look at my filthy ads there

Probably doesn't count for much, but hey, why make it super easy? Usually by the time they hit your galleries your odds are pretty slim anyways.
