It's the typical MASSIVE over sell approach to virtual hosting. When you see a hosting offer like that, realize that you are being lied to, being treated like an ass, and continue your search. The quote from them might as well say, "we'll sell you the resources, but you can't use them."
That amount of resources would require two 200GB drives. Hell, their largest stock dedicated server ($210/month) has a single 200GB and allows 2000Gigs of bandwidth. Now compare that to their virtual offer. And that's just what it is - a virtual offer - because it's not realistic. http://www.colo-cation.com is the favored host of many people on this board. I intend on moving there as soon as I pull my head out of my ass.
