I'm playing around with this plugin right now and I'm actually pretty impressed (partly because I was able to install it without any problems and it works fine just out of the box).
Buncha, how are you able to put a banner smack in the middle of your thumbs? I tried <td>#thumb#</td> <td>#thumb#</td> <td>#thumb#</td><br> <a href=#><img border=0 src="/myimages/banner3.gif"></a><br> <td>#thumb#</td> <td>#thumb#</td> <td>#thumb#</td> and it fucked everything up.

I've downgraded my enthusiasm to lukewarm.
 Are you guys using the gallery grabber function? And if so are you using it successfully? I gotta say, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, and I'll be damned if I can figure out why. I guess I'll shoot the author an e-mail and see what he says.

Hi Lemmy. Here's my template. It gives me 5 sets of 3 thumbs across (each 145px wide). Depending on the pics, I often tweak the Thumb height and the Big width.

Thanks for that template example Buncha. I've been in touch with Paul and you're right, he is a helpful guy. Nothing wrong with the software, but I have a tendency to overcomplicate things. I'm getting the hang of it now.
Unlike you and digifan I'm gonna go for grabbing. I'm done with pretty and aim for fast & easy.
