1. Many different types of scripts that have many different bells and whistles. Some are free, the good ones seem to cost money.

2. I'm not sure I understand what you're asking... but most porn content sites are driven by scripts which are very similar. In fact, I think many submission accepting sites aren't that much different from a lot of wordpress blogs.

Why the questions? Looking into setting up a site for yourself?
