For your second question, if I understand it right... If you get a script to accept submissions, you will be able to accept different types of sites if you wish such as tgp galleries, mgp galleries, blogs, freesites, etc... Certain scripts like dragonlist are setup where you can list tgp galleries, mgp galleries, freesites, and adult blogs like I do on tripleXworld.com.
