Every link should be on a page for a reason. What's the reason for having an exit link? If they want to leave your site they can hit the back button or exit the site with that little red "x" in the top right corner

Text around the banners is getting better but the english grammar is still off. All of the text doesn't have to be linked. Play around with it.

Get a paid host. You can get hosting for $5.00/month at some places. Find a friend and pay them $5.00 to put it on their credit card.
