Don't buy shit from this guy. All these UIN's have been stolen from their rightful owners, so buying would only encourage them doing it to you someday. Hopefully when nobody buys anything anymore, they're gonna leave people's accounts alone.

While I agree with bobc01 that you would absolutely have to be out of your mind to worry about an ICQ UIN, I"d like to see your proof that these have been stolen from their rightful owners.
