I'm not sure why I like it yet, but I do. I know this because I don't like having to wait a week between new episodes. I wish JFC was in it's second season already, and that I'd missed the first season so I could just order the DVDs to catch up.
I tried the first episode of Meadowlands, but the accents made the dialogue too hard to follow for my interest level that night. .

It's not a typical tv storyline with an easily digested plot. Not all of the dots are connected, which is what makes great cinema and great television. It's slightly more cerebral, which is probably why we sit here enjoying it, but then wonder why we enjoyed it so much.
