Just a few points:

Warning Page: Your top banner and top text sponsor ad should be merged as one ad. This will give you another ad space to use.

Advertising text is more important than banners. A banner without text is a waste of space.

Main Page: This is your real 'hard-sell' page. At the moment you've got 3 sponsor ads but you could merge the right hand two and gain another at the bottom of the page.

Try to insert Keywords as in: Dildo Gallery One or Pussy Gallery 2.

Again on your Gallery pages you can squeeze out another ad on each page.

AS Johnnybg says, you'll definitely get refused by Greenie for small full size pics - should be 1200 height plus width.

Its a nice, simple clean design. Definitely on the right lines.
