Site Design

I'm looking for someone who does good site design for a mainstream site that is more of an e-zine that caters to men. I don't want something as slick as askmen.com, but at least along those lines. I don't want it to be a blog. I don't want it to look like a blog...as the idea is an e-zine with reviews of different products (sponsors), along with a menu for the site. Articles pertinent to men (could be some RSS feeds in there), hot women (non-nude), gaming, games, health, etc.

If you could PM with costs and such I'd appreciate it.
