If you already have a server but just need an admin for it, PM me and I'll refer you to my server admin. He is very very good and it doesn't matter where your server is at - he'll admin and secure it for you. He is not from the adult biz, he's a hosting geek, but he doesn't really care what kind of sites you run adult or non-adult.
