Mean people suck, nice people swallow, are you mean or nice?

2257 seems easy to comply with if you're a content producer. If a content producer doesn't take the time to take a photo of a model holding up her drivers license and another approved I.D. and file it away in a file cabinet, he's a dumbass.

But the requirements are so complex that I'm pretty much unable to tell you exactly what they are. They include things like recording all other possible stage names the models have used, in all other productions, everywhere. The FBI complained specifically about this, and charged violations of it, in earlier inspections. As I understand it, most of the violations in all these inspections have been for these kinds of obscure recordkeeping requirements, and not for anything substantial like the standard ID photo. No word yet on inspections of secondary producers, altho there was some gossip that some of these last five might be secondaries. |

As Bill mentioned above, I don't think that's the issue...

I'm normally not a praying man, but if you're up there, please save me Superman!

I thought the content (aka primary) producers also had to keep records of every single 3rd-party URL where the producer's images appear. Virtually impossible if you license your pictures or videos to a large sponsor, who then makes the content available to dozens of affiliate webmasters, and so on....
