pichunter and tgpalliance no bad, richard was for me very bad... and if you work in specific niche the best result you'll get from specific niche tgps even if it's free, than from pay account but on mainstream tgps...

If you're asking how good is Shemp's traffic, I can only speak from my personal experience, which is Shemp's traffic is great. Obviously, certain niches work better than others and you would probably want to experiment. Good Luck!
