I'm afraid I must agree with UW. I'd reject free sites using a cyberporn links recip or at the very least I'd count the links in the recip code as part of the 3 out going allowed links.

Make it easier for submitters and forget about category recips, submitters are more inclined to try a new LL if they don't have to hassle with cat recips - just my opinion though
