I was afraid of that. Maybe I'll find the time to take my modem to the local office in the next couple of days to exchange it once again and drop a couple of my well-honed dissatisfied customer lines on them. "Maybe if your tech support guys would have listened to me, I wouldn't have been forced to piss on this one."
