My understanding is that many U.S. banks won't deal with Epass at all because it's in violation of those pesky U.S. anti-online gambling laws.

I don't think it's because of the anti-gambling because that was going on before the US Ports and Security Bill that ended my other websites/affiliate programs...epass for some reason is considered and off-shore bank...I don't know why or more about it, but I've read that hear and there...mostly on sites that's don't accept it or affiliate programs that don't pay by it...
