It depends on the niche, how many LLs do you submit to, how many of them approve your sites, where they will put you, but after a few months submitting you can get 1000 uniques daily from fs and 1:1000 ratio. Thats just an answer nobody can answer you. Its different for everybody. Good Luck

It's possible. But the years of analysis before finding the answer would be far less profitable than the years spent building and experimenting to see what works for you.

Yes, it can, but it's going to different for each individual. There are very few daily free site submitters and they'd be fools to report their traffic and ratios. You don't want to be the person with the best ratios in a business where most people struggle to make a dollar, unless you want your shit copied.
