Link Lists with top lists

Cleo - I was thinking signing up for a link trade on your toplist but had a couple of questions:
In your rules is states:
"No Consoles!" I have a exit on the page I recieve traffic to and it only executed if the surfer doesn't click through - is that still a no-no?

"No Resizing page code" well, just like you I don't want to be cheated and try to open my site in a minimal window is just one of many ways I've had cheaters try. Atleast with a simple script that automatically makes the window full size I know the surfer will see my page. Same with my breakout of frame script for those that tries to add me to a 0 frame etc.
So what's the purpose of this rule?
