looking for link lists to submit to with traffic

erobitch.com & bozporn.com aren't the type of sites you submit to link lists. The use of the word "submit" is confusing.
Seems like you want to do link exchanges with link lists.

Is that right, or am I being stupid?

but this whole link list , 50 uniques a day, and submit thing makes no sense at all to me |confused|
