Morning all. Sorry to here about your neighbors house UW, other than it will get them away from you awhile.

Too bad you couldn't buy that property up too like Bobc01 said. That would solve the bad neighbor issues.

Heh MadHatter glad you dropped in, we are trying to be more social.

Just working on sites and if it warms up enough going to do some shelf making. Keep putting it off because our garage shop is freezing. Tomorrow I think it is supposed to be warmer here. Although reading some of the other temps our cold is mild comparitively.
