Part time or full time?

Im part time
I work 45 to 55 hours a week on another job, Then i try to get 20 - 30 hours a week working on free sites and my link list.
I would love to be able to make 265 freesites a year. I would only average 100 or so freesites a year (if id been in the biz more than a year). Im thinking i can convert this to full time by next year.
