Thanks, Greenie, I know you get tons of submissions so taking time out really is appreciated.

One thing I forget to ask each time: I'm allowed one submission per day and with resubmissions, I'm falling behind. Do resubmissions count in that one a day tally? (I know that's probably yes, but it's got to be worth asking).

Why not consider accepting this? Times change, our linklist rules can bend. Hotlinking a sponsor's banner ad shouldn't be a problem if the sponsor agrees to it. Hotlinking clips from hosted galleries is another thing entirely and should never be accepted.

Just seems like things should be looked at on a case by case basis.

Sure - how about I send all of those instances to you so that you can double check that the submitter owns the domain it's being hotlinked from or that the sponsor does allow the content to be hotlinked or that the sponsor owns the domain.....yeah, let's add 10-15 min to the review time for each submit

Of course, this might be on my list of things I might change for some people that I might like, but for now, it's against my rules.

It has to be a legit/clean blog that's updated (past & future) on a regular basis.

Most of the rules still apply - no new windows, no blind links, no counters, etc.

I think I might have selected the wrong reason it should have been templates your index pages are looking too much alike. But the protected whois information does raise a question of who you are.
