Hi Matthew. First off I would lose all the links at the top (Home, Submit, etc.). Replace "Sample Gallery" with a description of the action (scene).
Lose the "hi's". Enhance the "Click Here for more Rachel Starr". Maybe a little animation (don't overdue it), or just play with the font and make it stand out a little.
