Every day I have to dodge an idiot or two trying to pick up their kids and talk to their friend's on the phone at the same time. You'd think if you were driving through a parking lot filled with kids you'd have something better to do than talk on the phone...like not running over children!

If your cops enforce that law the way our cops in NY do, it won't change a fucking thing. In fact, I think people talk on their hand-held cells more now than ever.
