Good Monday Morning

Good Morning. Bit sore today. Yesterday morning was cool so I decided to tackle the yearly trimming of the mesquite trees. Anyone not familiar with this scrubby desert tree it has thorns....really big thorns, so I always dress in thick clothes, gloves, and a hat. Doesn't matter though, I always get poked or scratched somewhere. Can't do it when it is hot out because I roast in all the clothes, lol

I used really big loppers and got 4 of them trimmed up....glad I only have to do that once a year in the spring....only 3 more to go.

MadHatter had the fun job of gathering up all I cut and getting them in the wheelbarrow and taking them to our burn pile. Lots of ows and swearing as we kept getting poked and scratched.

So today I'm working on websites this am, maybe some gardening later on. Giving my sore arms and hands a break for awhile, lol.
