Well they were submitted back in April 07 and August 07 so I have no clue but the private whois would have been a factor.

Hi. I was just wondering on average, how long does it take to get submitted on Smutgremlins. I read that there aren't rejection emails sent for this site, so I was just wondering if my site got rejected, or if it hasn't been reviewed yet.
