About 90% of all new houses that are built in Sweden has floor radiant heating on the bottom floor.
Make sure it is waterheated floor (if you have waterradiators in the rest of the house) and not electrical, electrical cost a shitload to run (but cheaper to install). Make sure to isolate at least 30 cm under otherwise you will loose 50%. /Thomas
