Dreamweaver CS3 is the business. Really good for CSS. In fact probably the best piece of software on Windows for that area of Web design.
The overall layout of the interface on the Mac is shiite though. For the most part it generates pretty clean HTML and I love the Find/Replace thingy. Although you mentioned that you work with tables...you mentalist
