Why are you more interested in CPM ads than PPC or Flat Rate ads?
There is a reason why programs steer away from paying via CPM, because companies are weary to pay any good amount of money for traffic that isn't clicking. The only benefit for advertisers for a CPM campaign is a branding campaign. |
