Putting someone in jail for drugs makes no more sense then putting someone in jail for over eating.

Might as well throw someone in jail for owning some beer, wait they already tried that.

I don't smoke cigarettes or drink, but I do smoke pot, I guess I'm a criminal then since I don't use a government recommended intoxicant.
