Btw, I found very little sponsor content at some sponsors I want to use, and I don't want to use it because of overusing and and because it's old. Can I take pics from their FHGs? I mean does sponsors in general allow this?

Thats something you need to ask your sponsor. Most sponsors dont mind but there might be a few that do.
