suggestions for getting listed, getting traffic and affiliates!

Thanks for the good info. I do appreciate it and I'm hearing the same from everyone on Tube sites, that they are just for freeloaders looking for free porn. Do you have any experience yet with iPorn, as I do have a way to convert all my content to MPG4 format for iphones and other portable media players. If my understanding of iPorn is correct, that's the service they offer webmasters and I'm curious if it's leading to much revenue or not.

And by the way... I am trying not to spam.... I am honestly looking for ways to promote our sites to get more affiliates on it. Right now we are converting every update movie clip to 1280 x 720, so everything is full screen and the quality is there too. My webmaster feels that's going to give us an advantage over a lot of sites that have small movie clips. I guess our other big issue is we don't have a lot of updates up yet. I've got a lot of content now to upload... what's you're feeling on how many updates a surfer needs to see a site have before he'll make a purchase. And is updating weekly good enough for more clients?

What kinds of tools as an affiliate do you like and want? You did join our program and have sent some traffic, but like you said... ask your affiliates what they need and want, so I'm asking. Btw... the next thing I'm going to do for affiliates is set up zip files with their own tgp and mgp files in them. Something like 20 pics and 3-4 movies so they can create their own galleries as one of my new affiliates suggested that. She said she deals with a lot of free sites and they prefer galleries the webmaster makes up, as opposed as the same gallery the affiliate program makes for every webmaster. What's your take on it.

1280x720 is a nice size to offer, but I'd also make sure you are putting up something smaller for your members with a slower connection or shitty video card.
