I'm gonna come in and agree with Bill about the weekly weigh-ins. On top of that I'm gonna say that weight isn't the best indicator of fat loss (because of the fluctuations in water and muscle density). For that you should be doing waist measurements. Get rid of the belly, that's the big thing
