Morning all. Wow is my upper back, neck sore. Forgot to stretch after the walk yesterday, lol. Guess walking in awhile will work out the kinks. Still getting used to all the walking, making more of my meals, work and not falling asleep at 7pm because I'm worn out, lol. Hopefully today will be better.
Hope Ike misses you Cleo, the tract they just showed on CNN doesn't look good for FL, maybe it will turn. Have a good one all.
