I've seen the don't exceed 2.5 thing before but never a fine.
I wonder if anyone actually has ever paid a fine for that

Ignore his first sentence and check out the link. It's the only place where you'll find some actual information about conversions for the various sponsors. I always go there when I look for new sponsors.
