Ummm...anyone one that has driven a car without AC knows that all you have to do to cool you off is open a window.
I think the same will apply for Toby

I just heard (from a caller on on Ron & Fez) that they have issued a mandatory evacuation for southern Houston & the county.

I've never understood why anyone would pay to use a sauna here when all you have to do is open a window.
