Assuming your mp4 files are h.264 encoded...

Flash now plays mp4 files so all you have to do is link to your existing mp4 file inside of a player you build using something like Flash or something like JW Player.

Adobe Media PLayer is a nice stand alone player that in addition to playing flash plays mp4 files.

How many are using the mv4 files extension for the iPod & iPhone vids?
