You're damn lucky that you avoided an accident, Ramster, but you already realize that. I know you're a fit and athletic guy, but if I were you, I'd definitely take Cleo's advice - even if it's just to feel confident that it was only a bug. Hell, I may schedule a visit to my doctor, whose office is a whole block away. Thanks for reminding us that we're mortal!
