I am still unclear on the number of pics required.. your rules still say 40. This is what has kept me from submitting my 24-30 pic freesites in the past. Please clarify!!

I would like to know that too.. all the listed sites I looked at had less than 40 pics, and i'm not talking about the sponsor hosted ones. Is this a rule to ignore?
