I break my projects down into smaller chunks and then do a chunk of each project each day and often I have about a half dozen projects being worked on each day.

The biggest thing I've done over the past year is actually write down items into manageable action items. This allows me to just look at my projects and know exactly things I can do that move things forward towards the completion goal. |

I force myself to first do things that will most likely make me money, like submitting and building a few sites.Once thats done,I work on other less important things like cropping, naming galleries etc.
Theres been days where I get all nuts and hit one task really hard but I get burnt out fast.

I usually have 3 or 4 things on the go. I do the routine things first to get it over with, then I'll spend a few hours on one thing, a few hours on the next, etc.
The most time I can spend doing just one thing is about 4 hours before I go bonkers.
