The fact that you are asking this question here displays that you aren't a "shoot first, ask questions later" type of reviewer - and that's admirable. Running a newer, smaller link list is a thankless job and you tend to work more than what the site's income justifies. If you've repeatedly sent a submitter rejections and they haven't corrected the issue, then by all means, ban them from submitting to your list. You don't need the added aggravation.

As a site owner, you want to keep a good relationship with submitters and don't want to piss anyone off. But at the end of the day, this is business. If it's not good for your business - don't waste your time.

I would personally let it slide if it's just the description thats off and everything else looks great.I end up rewriting them anyhow so it really doesn't matter to me.I guess it kind of bugs me when submitters give me this huge drawn out description like theres some big story to their site or something.

If you have some time check out a thread I started last month called When to say no more Mr. Nice Guy reviewer. I got some real good advice in this one.You might get something out of it.

Edited- Oops,I forgot you already posted in that one but maybe it would be help to others hehe.
