Thanks for your replies, really useful information!
When I was into the business 8 years ago it was ridiculously easy to get sells with my poor designed sites. Especially AVS traffic was golden! As everybody says it seems not to be the case anymore. I've got about 15 sites and have managed to get 4 sales with one sponsor in 1103 clicks (1:213) and 0 in 216 clicks with the other. Seems like I just have to carry on the hard work then. I think my biggest problem is traffic at the moment, it is not easy for a newbie to get listed at some of the link sites it seems.
