I honestly do not get it unless they are hopeful he can help get them into the playoffs. They better pick up some O-Man to protect the QB (hopefully Edwards) to get him and Evans the ball.

I heard they are signing Ryan Leaf.
 But in all seriousness...I think it will help them get into the playoffs. As much of an ass T.O can be (and I know being a Cowboy fan) he makes teams have to cover him. If nothing else it will open up their running game.
