Damn, I am so sorry to hear that, you will be missed for sure. Hope all will work out and don't forget about us. One thing comes to mind, to quote UW: "We are the monks of the industry". What I refer to is the fact that I feel like we are family, and one of us is going away.

Even while doing my own graceful retreat, it saddens me to see someone like LadyDesigner leaving.

I really hope you find a solution to keep your your empire running.
