link dumps have their place. Get a domain you don't care about and still put shit up on them. For very little work even if it takes 1/3000+ to get a sale, the amount of work put into dumping to link dumps is nothing. If you convert better than that then even better.

Or I can reg a domain, put up an SE page or a blog and convert at 1:200 with very little effort.
