At my first glance I though border line. But at closer look it is too close. Both of your middles have no link. Some of his top phrases don't have likes on the first word like yours. Even a different shade of blue. Yeah I'd say it's too similar.

I found some one who ripped one of my freesite designs over the weekend.

I looked him up here and his board name is in red. I'm assuming he's banned.

There needs to be some sort of zapper for these guys.
